Omelette à l’avocat by the yoga cook

I have a personal yoga cook on Sunday morning. This is my prayer time. No church but an orange yoga mat. Under these circumstances my yoga teacher wears always a blue silk dress. My yoga class lasts only 5 minutes and after that I’m Buddha reincarnated. That’s why maybe I just love the after yoga part. My yoga cook usually cooks for her students some omelette à l’avocat which I reckon looks like a Spanish omelette. You need tomatoes, bell peppers, coconut oil, avocado, spring onions, lemon juice and eggs, salt, pepper and whatever seasoning you feel like . My personal yoga cook also uses a Turkish bread with sesam seeds. This is my absolute Buddha bowl. Direct from Rotterdam.
